Your series stay yours

Forecast inputs and outputs are processed to answer your request. The forecasting application does not save them to a database or use them to train model weights. Avoid including personal information in column names or numerical data.

Accounts and operations

We retain your email address, a hash of your API key, credit balance, payment references, and request accounting records. API keys are encrypted temporarily for email delivery, then the recoverable copy is removed after the email provider accepts delivery. Protect the copy in your inbox.

For free trials, we retain a keyed hash of your IP address and signup time to limit abuse. Hosting services may process network addresses, request paths, timestamps, and technical errors as part of operating the service. Do not put API keys in URLs.

Service providers

The site uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account and billing records, Google Cloud for inference, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for payment processing. Payment card details are submitted to Stripe, not stored by Pretick.

Requests and contact

Contact es@textmei.com to request access to or deletion of account information. Some payment records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute resolution.
